With over 13 years of specialist recruitment experience behind Eden James Consulting and hundreds of placements across Technology, Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting and Legal, in sectors from Insurance, Financial Services and Defence to Retail, Telecommunications and Banking — we understood where traditional recruitment could work harder for clients. What does a job slot actually mean?+
A job slot is one active role we run the full AIR process for each month. Clients make an unlimited number of hires from each slot at no additional cost. Once a role is filled or you have enough CVs, reallocate the slot to your next priority.
How is this different from an RPO?+
RPO typically requires large-scale contracts, long-term commitments and high minimum volumes. AIR is fractional — take the slots you need, scale up or down, and get a dedicated recruiter embedded in your process without the overhead of a full RPO engagement.
What types of roles can AIR handle?+
AIR was built to cover any role. The AI research and scoring capability is especially powerful where role complexity demands deep candidate profiling rather than a keyword search.
How quickly can we get started?+
Once onboarded, we receive your brief on day one and complete research and scoring within two days. Outreach begins on day three and runs continuously. Clients receive their first screened candidates from day five, with interviews typically booked within 48 hours of that.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
We offer a 60-day pilot programme before any ongoing commitment. Clients get full access to all five capabilities on one slot, with live reporting throughout. With a 100% placement guarantee.
Is this an AI Tool I can use in-house?+
No. Automated Intelligent Recruitment is a full, end-to-end recruitment process run by our own specialist recruiters at a fraction of the cost of a traditional agency that would sit on your PSL.
