You will join the Microsoft Superintelligence Team as a Technical Program Manager, taking ownership of complex, high-stakes technical programs across the full lifecycle of frontier AI development — working directly alongside some of the world's best AI researchers and engineers.
Your role spans the entire pipeline: from data collection and model training through evaluation and serving. You will coordinate workstreams across offices, teams, and time zones, driving progress relentlessly and removing blockers with urgency and creativity.
This is a 0-to-1 environment. The team is scrappy, innovative, and fast-moving. Candidates who thrive here take initiative, bring strong technical curiosity, and are genuinely excited by the challenge of managing large-scale programs where the stakes are real and the problems are novel.
You will communicate directly with executive leadership, translating program complexity into clear strategy and driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Own all elements of program planning including timelines, milestones, metrics, risk anticipation and resource needs across full product cycles.
Partner closely with product teams, engineers, researchers, and external partners to identify gaps and drive timelines toward resolution.
Leverage data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, track progress, and measure the impact of quality and efficiency programs.
Proactively identify risks across key projects and propose concrete solutions to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Communicate program strategies, progress, and results clearly to executive leadership and key stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Work closely with teams on infrastructure, data engineering, pre-training, post-training, and product feedback loops across the full AI stack.
Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation. Advance the AI frontier responsibly in line with Microsoft's mission and values.
Own projects that span offices, teams, and time zones. Coordinate different workstreams and drive relentlessly to unblock progress at every level.
